The Down Syndrome Association Guam conferred President Emeritus status upon Helen Middlebrooke on December 3rd at the Hyatt Regency Guam Hotel. Middlebrooke was a founding member of the Association and the award was presented in honor of her commitment and dedication to the association for over 21 years.
